We have had the pleasure of working with Tyler on two occasions, once in 2020 when moving to Moorhead, and then again in 2023 when we needed a bigger home for our growing family. He was very patient in the process as we were looking on and off, sometimes more or less serious about buying. He guided us very well throughout the whole process, super timely in his responses, both before and after the home purchase (we had a realtor previously who was very responsive and once the deal was close to being done appeared less incentivized to respond promptly to communications from us) and always following through on things. Tyler did a great job with our house search. He is very good/great to work with. Some of the things I noted during the home search process - 1. Tyler is very attentive to details and provides thorough information to his clients. 2. He takes time to listen to what customers/potential buyers or sellers want. 3. He is very timely with his response and great communicator [written, verbal etc..]. 4. We did not have to worry about anything as he was able to set up all the appointments [based on our preference]. Plus he knows a lot of people who will be able to help with move and house projects :) 5. Our rating is 20 out of 10 🙂
